Atahualpa and Cookies

Does ATA theme use any cookies ???
Forgive the open question I am aware of cookies and have set them to a reasonably safe level in my browsers but never needed to be concerned about them until now.
However the geographical area I work in is subject to the following:-

"The Council of the European Union has approved new legislation that would require Web users to (physically / actually) consent to Internet cookies; the directive comes into force on 25 May 2011"

I will also need to ask wordpress and my hosting company the same question.

Any and all help / advice is welcome.
