I have %pages in the Configure Header Area, but the page menu is not appearing. Instead there is just the title as text at the top of the page. What should I do?

Here is the export.

The menus show for me but I did see some coding issues. The text at the top is because you have "North West Ohio River Runners" in the HTML Inserts: Header box which is not meant for plain text. Another issue is in the Logo Area Styling box you have
height: 175 px; background: #66CC66
There should be no space between 175 and px and there should be a semi-colon after the background color. I would also look for plugin conflicts and WordPress settings that may be amiss. As I said the menus show for me.

Thank you for your help. I got the menus back after I fixed what another user had done to the Appearance->Menus section.
