[SOLVED] Looking for JuggleDads Post

Can someone tell me where to find the Post that JuggleDad put up some time ago listing all the steps to take in backing up your databases and atahualpa files before upgarading to the new version?

I'm on atahualpa 3.4.9 and wp 3.0.3. Thanks.
