I kinda figured it out. The BP pages are generated as a "page" so if you uncheck the page option it will remove the sidebar.
Haven't figured out what the page ID's would be to exclude them...

I was able to get all the ATA sidebars to show on each of the BuddyPress pages but just noticed that I don't have the option to select whether they should be on/off for that section.
