Themeframe Question

Hi,

I am very interested in donating and using Themeframe but I was wondering if the column placement is fixed. For example I have a blog with a newspaper style theme and I am not quite happy with it and would like to build my own. I want to have the front page with various columns and segments, advertising columns and a feature section. Is this something that Themeframe could handle?

At this point something like multiple columns in the content section is not implemented
