Change Footer background color

Hi!
Is there a way to change the color of the post footer background?

ato-> Style & Edit FOOTER->Footer Style

But that is the footer at the bottom of the page that is white.

I mean the footer below each post that contains the date and comment links. It is light gray now... I want it white
