[SOLVED] Category / Archive display problem with category menu bar
Hello dears,
I used to create, on my test site (www.fguelat.ch) a category menu bar with a category called "news from the community" where I could display all published news. It worked perfectly the way I wanted Now I switched into production mode with a new URL (www.humanitarian-psy.org) and I got this message: Not Found, Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn't here when I click on the same button "news from the community" If I look at the breadcrumb navigation on my test side, I can see that the path looks like this: Home > Archive by category 'News from the community'. I've checked both sites in admin mode many times but I miss something. Can someone help me? Many many thanks in advance Desperate developer :o |
How did you move the site to production?

Interesting...I did a backup of a previous version based on WP 2.8.6 and it seems to work again...
Any ideas? |
Hi Juggledad
Well I was not responsible for the production, I recommended to use the same Internet access provider and it was done so. I have access to both sites and I need to check each file. Do you think this might be an issue? I did a restore of my last backup done 2 days ago on wp 2.8.6 and it seems to work in production (www.humanitarian-psy.org)..I'm a bit confused...By the way thanks again for all your support and best wishes for 2010 |
Hi Juggledad
I could restore a former version and did an upgrade to wp 2.9 without problem. Consider it solved Thanks for your help Madfab685 |
