Help! I need to change the language to Chinese!

i need to change the language of the site to another language (Chinese).
i researched online and found some stuff about localization etc.
but i dont really understand how i am suppose to do it. :confused:
can anyone help please? ~

ps. i am using atahualpa version 3.3. and wordpress ver 2.7.1
