Adding Tabs Above Sidebars
 

I am trying to add DomTabs (or if you have a better one to suggest) above the sidebars.

Any idea where to put the code?

you could put it in ATO->HTML/CSS Inserts->HTML Inserts: Header

Will that build something that looks like:

I have no idea what effect DomTabs creates of what it will look like, just suggesting a place you can try it out.
