Please suggest me a plugin, which works similar to this one (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-zendesk/) or its analog. The most important thing is, that this plugin should open in excactly the same way , perhaps you have come across with something like this . , because this particular plugin (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-zendesk/) failed to install.
