No Image thumbnail for each Posts

In Atahualpa theme its does not show image thumbnails from posts in front-page of my blog, when i type techboal.com(my blog) it looks very dull.. I want image thumbnails to display below or side of post title... Please if anyone knows how to do this Pleasssssseeee Reply...:confused::confused:

Well first you have to use Atahualpa instead of another theme.
