How to Remove Header after Overlaying the Blog Title & Tagline into the Header image!

Hi,
Is there anyway to remove the Header box once you have overlayed the Title and Tagline into the Image below. Would just like the Header image at the Top with the Blog Title and tagline, same as this site really. Just a newbie so please nothing too clever.

Thanks Paul

not sure what you mean, can you point to a url showing an example and describe each area.

I want to have my blog header to appear in the rotating image below, and then remove the box above, so the actual Header image is at the top of the page.

Or I suppose the other way round would be how to I get the Header image as a background in the Blog title and then remove the remaining Header image box. Just the same as this Blog header.

Thanks Paul

take a look at the configure header area and read the various options. It looks like you've defined is the %pages %logo and %image in your header configuration.

If you search through the forms you will find ways of moving the search box and feeds over the header image. I'm assuming that's what you're actually trying to do.

I suspect what you are looking for can be accomplished by removing %logo from the style header area box. When you set the items to overlay there is redundancy.

Thanks to you both. I removed the %logo and that gave the exact look I was trying for, just got to get the Search box back now, so its back to searching through the forums again, to see how to put that back in the new header.

But at least it looks a lot cleaner now.
