[SOLVED] How to control what is displayed in the right sidebar

How do I control what is in the right sidebar of Atahualpa? Currently by default I have "Recent Posts" and "Meta" displayed & cannot for the life of me find out how to make those go away without turning off the whole right sidebar.

Ultimately I want to replace these items with Adsense ads, but I have to make them go away first!

They are wordpress defaults and will go away as soon as you add a widget
