Page Titles Change Color but Posts Do Not

I am using Atahualpa 3.4.4 with WordPress.org version 2.8.5 and I am trying to change the page and post title font color, but it seems to be staying the same for the posts. I have tried at least 4 different colors and nothing changes for the posts, although the page titles do change. I'm going into the theme options > Style Posts & Pages > HEADLINE Box: Text The font size changed no problem.

color: #0099cc;

Any ideas? :confused:

make sure to change 'HEADLINE Box: Links' also. The titles are links unless you are on a single post page
