Bottom Scrollbar

Can someone please help me get rid of the bottom scrollbar on my site.

I have a hunch it may be your item that shows on the bottom of the page when you first enter.

Thank you for your reply but I took out that footer popup and still have the scrollbar but if you look at my other website:

It has the exact same setting of atahualpa.

Ive been trying for days.

Nothing.

If I give you access, do you think you can take a look and see something I missed ?
