[SOLVED] Error message expecting T string
I am posting my error message here in hope to get some help and resolve the problem. I am getting the following error message:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<', expecting T_STRING or T_VARIABLE or '$' in /home/content/50/8490750/html/wp-content/themes/atahualpa/functions.php on line 10 These are the events leading up to the error. Everything was working just fine before. I have the current version of the Atahualpa theme installed. I commented out one line of code in the functions.php and saved. Then I started getting the error above. The line I commented out was line 711. I then realized this was not going to work so I un-commented and saved but I am still getting the error message above. I think the save took, not sure. Any help would greatly be appreciated. |
down load a new copy of the theme and unzip it and move the new copy of function.php up to the theme folder.

FYI, I did verify that the functions.php file was saved and the line I commented out is now un-commented.
add_theme_support('automatic-feed-links'); I am still getting the error message but only on some pages. |
I'll give that a try. Thank you juggledad.

in my version of Atahualpa 3.7.9 line 711 of functions.php is
HTML Code:
die(); |
It worked!! Thank you very much for your help. I'm making a donation.
