Clean install went south
 

I just tried to install Atahualpa from the WordPress repository on a clean WP installation and got the function.php warnings that others have gotten from trying to upgrade. It looks like there may be a glitch in the Atahualpa files that are on WordPress.org. I just uploaded files I had for 3.4.6 via FTP and all went fine.

I just downloaded from the repository and unzipped it and compared to the copy I downloaded from Flynn's link. The Functions folder and JS folder are missing entirely from the WP depository version! There may be other things missing that I didn't see yet.

I've emailed Flynn and Juggledad.

Larry, can you test this again. This is weird. I tried it this morning and it failed. So I delete it and start again to document it and now it's working??

I just downloaded from WP again, and the JS and Functions folders are there now. Maybe Flynn fixed it? I see several problem posts in the What people are saying section over there, so an update message to them might be in order.

Thanks for letting me know. Maybe a glitch at wordpress.org. I just downloaded and it works for me. I didn't change anything the last few days
