[SOLVED] Atahualpa 3.7.11 Update - Lost Header Image - Blue Question Mark Instead
 

Hey,

First timer here.. Just updated my website to the new version and like a right newb I just pressed update without backing up anything first. I only use one header image but it now doesn't display at all. All that shows is a blue box with a question mark in it!

I've read through the 'save header imagine across updates' thread and tried uploading the image again in a new folder as suggested and then pointing the theme settings towards it but it still displays the same blue box with a question mark...

Couldn't find anything else on this in the forum, any idea's?

What are the file permissions for your header image?
what folede did you put it in - exact spelling?

files permissions at 0644 and the file is - default_header.jpg...

Is that a header image or logo image? ie, do you have %image, %logo or both in the 'Configure Header Area' option?

Problem solved... I had %logo, changed it to %image and now it works.

I feel stupid... ha
