[SOLVED] Image not aligned with header/footer

We are using an image as the basis of a department's homepage. The image is kicked out to the right. How can I make sure that the header, image and footer are all aligned correctly without space between the different elements?

It looks like your image is just to wide. You can resize it or perhaps use CSS to give it a 100% width or pixel width.

Both the theme and image are 982p wide. All elements should flow seamlessly.
