Menu Bar Question

I think my question is simple. I either want a parent menu item to not be clickable - OR - I want to link it to a category. I cannot find where I can make this happen.

Also, if you take a look at my blog. The info on the child pages of "Recruiting" displays the same information, but I have a separate table in page "2009" and it continues to only show the info for my "2010" page for "2009"

Thanks for the reply. I did but I changed my approach and no longer have that problem. I do however have another question.

Is there a way to link a page on my menu bar directly to a category page? THanks!
