Adding border to header image

Hi all

I have previously done this but I have totally forgotten how to achieve this now.

I have been fumbling round ATO for an hour and I have not remembered so I thought I would drop a post here and get the answer.

If someone could put me out of my misery that would be great.

you need to use a CSS Insert like
