Centering problem after resent WP update

I'm using Atahuapla 3.7.24 on WP 5.3.2. I use tables centered (I'll show examples below), but since the last WP update, once I modify the content the table will no longer center. Any ideas on how to fix?

In the one that works, you have a <center...</center> surrounding the table
