Page bar with slave under bar to show subpages

before implementing atahualpa on my blogs, I'm searching for a way to have a dropline menu as page bar (ie : two horizontal menu bars with the page bar on top and the correct menu item subpages on the under bar) like this : http://www.prelovac.com/vladimir/
