How to stop address URL link from popping up when the cursor is on a link?
 

I am not sure is browser or theme related? I am using Opera and same problem when I drag the cursor to the link in your forum.

After disable tooltip in the browsing option, I realize this problem is due to browser setting.

Issue closed.
