Can I get the logo to rotate image and link to another site?
 

At the moment I have just used the logo bit as an extention of my header - www.lactivist.net
I'd like to get the rotating banner that is on the left (that links to www.lactivist.co.uk) up there instead, resized of course.

Is that possible?

You could create a two celled widget area per the instructions in ATO>Add New Widget Areas and use that in place of %image. Then put your widget for the link to the UK site in the left widget area and put a widget for the image on the right in the right widget area.
