[SOLVED] Header configuration issue
 

i am having issues with www.izabelafouere.com and would appreciate any help.

how can i move the menu below the header ?
how can i have the header picture appear correctly when the browser is not set to 100% ? the picture gets cut off.

Have you read the documentation for the 'Configure Header Area' option?
make the max page width slightly less than the width of the image
