Footer appearing in right side bar?

Hi, love this theme! Just a quick question- I'm using the latest Atahualpa theme and noticed something strange. My footer (Powered by WordPress &Atahualpa, etc, etc) does not show up. Instead this shows up in my side bar. I actually have three text widgets in the right side bar, and the footer shows up there. Anyone have this issue? Thanks!

Oh, and this is the same issue in both IE and Firefox.

What version of Atahualpa and WP?
What is the URL?
Do you have all BUGFIX's for your version applied? (they can be found in the 'New Version & Updates' forum and sub forum)
--if not, apply them before we go any further and re-test
