[SOLVED] Unable to Add Categories to Menus

I posted on the wordpress forum but haven't been able to fix the problem.

Here is a picture of the page I'm working with:

http://www.prabhupadvision.com/menu.jpg

I have created a number of menus and have posted a number of articles into certain categories, however none of the categories show up on that page. I can create a new menu but I can't actually put any categories on it. Why is that?

I can go to the category and see all the articles posted there, so the categories definitely exist. Why don't they show up on this page so I can add them?

Thanks

Atahualpa does not currently support the new menu feature of wp 3.0.
You can you the menus, you will just have to code all the CSS for them

What I'm asking is why don't the categories show up? I should be able to create the menus and add categories and pages like normal. But I'll be unable to use them on Atahualpa because it doesn't support them right?

Or are you saying that I'll have to code a new menu and add categories to it that way?
Doesn't Atahualpa support custom menu widgets with Wordpress 3.0? I'm not interested in using anything other than the custom menu widgets.

have you tried swapping to the default theme and doing this to see if it is a theme or wordpress issue?

You can create a new menu using the new feature and add categories to it, that is all Wordpress functionalaty.

Atahualpa doesen't build anything using the new menu code, it just builds the menus it always has

I deleted the entire wordpress installation, databases and all. Then rebuilt the website. There wasn't that much to do, but with a fresh install it works perfectly. Must be some bug or setting that stopped it from working properly.
