Post PHP on one page only, and not homepage

I would like to do something similar to the is_home command, but different. I want to include

<?php ec3_get_events(999); ?> (this is the event calendar 3 plugin):

on index.php but only have it display on my calendar page.

The page title is: Calendar
The page number is: /?page_id=146

Thanks for the help!

PS Ideally, I'd like to post only items in a certain category on the page, if you have any suggestions for that with this plugin, I'd really appreciate the knowledge.

Is that what you wanted?

Yes, I just thought it wasn't getting seen since it was on the bottom of an old thread and started a new one. Thank you.
