Replace Icon in Address Bar

I wish to replace the green logo icon in the address bar with a picture of myself. I have converted the picture of myself to a 24 x 24 pixel favicon icon, but I am unclear how to go about removing the existing green logo, and replacing it with the picture.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

See ATO>Add a Favicon but you may have to use a 16 x16 ico file.
