[SOLVED] How to automatically crop images in excerpts?
Hi all,
I'm using Atahualpa 3.4.1, and have set my blog to only show excerpts. I have told Atahualpa not to strip the <img> tag, so my images are showing up fine in the excerpts. However, what I'd like to do is to crop the images within the excerpt to a 500 x 250 window. So, when you see the image on the homepage/excerpt, it's automatically cropped to 500 x 250, but when you click "read more," it shows the full image within the post. Is there a plugin that does this that will work? Or do I need to add in a php or css insert? Thanks a bunch in advance! |
This plugin would be good for you:

Thanks, chiara7, that's actually a really good plugin. Of course, it makes using vertical images a little messy, but I might use it anyway. Thanks!
