%author-linked% and "All posts by this author"

Good day to all!

I am really impressed by this theme and I tried a lot of non Premium ones.

Right now, I would like to know how to do this: write a line saying "All posts by this author" and this line being a link to %author-linked%

Optionally, the same but with "All posts by this <author>", that is, the author name being a variable by itself.
