[SOLVED] Adding Widget areas incorrectly?

I'm trying to follow the thread regarding adding new widget areas here:

http://forum.bytesforall.com/showthread.php?t=5419

to try to have the one large widget area and the two beneath it, but for whatever reason, the large widget area (the right sidebar) is showing up below. I have the align set at 2- what am I missing? (I imagine this is something so simple, but it's driving me crazy, so I'm begging here..)

The site is: http://www.enchantinghavoc.com, wordpress 3.0.1 & Atahualpa 3.5.3.

If what you want is:
xxxxxxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxxxxxxx
xxxxxx xxxxxx
xxxxxx xxxxxx
xxxxxx xxxxxx

Then you need to put a single cell widget area in the sidebars by adding the new widget code to a text widget that will accept php. Then right below that in the same sidebar you will add a two celled widget area. The align function has to do with how the content will align in the area and has nothing to do with aligning the widget areas themselves.

After I posted this I realized you probably could just put the code for a two celled widget area in the sidebar in a text widget that accepts php and then put the widget for the full width right above that without adding new widget area code for a single cell widget. Maybe you should just hire me to add it for you. :)

Boy this is easier to do than explain. Does what I said make any sense?

No, what you're saying makes sense. What I did was add the Samsarin php plugin; then, I added that to the right sidebar, and used the php code juggledad posted in that other thread. I was at a loss as to why the larger widget (the right sidebar) is on the bottom of the two new widget areas, so I thought maybe the cell aligning was messing with it.

I know how to make them, I just don't know why the larger sidebar is on the bottom- how do I move that above the two new widgets I created? (I hope I'm making sense now!)

Oh my goodness. I apologize, this was ridiculous. I was putting the widget I wanted to span the large sidebar underneath the samsarin widget, instead of putting that text widget above the samsarin php widget.

I swear, every time I have a question, it's something ridiculously easy. I spent 3 hours trying to figure out what I was doing wrong since I had done this before, and I thought I was messing the code up somewhere. Issue solved!
