[SOLVED] go directly to post if it is the only one on a category page
 

I have a site where category pages show excerpts of the corresponding posts. If there is only one post in a specific category I would like to go directly to that post in stead of showing the category page with only one excerpt.

Is there an easy way to do this?

Nope, you would have to hack the theme code and off hand, I'm not even sure how you would do it. some logic to see how many posts there are then link to another page.

You might search for a plugin...but I wouldn't hold up too much hope.

OK, I was afraid of that. Thanks for your reply. I guess I'll have rethink whether I want excerpts on the category pages...
