ATA Site 2 years old..Too Late To add Yoast SEO?

Hi everyone...

I was thinking about SEO and realized I never added Yoasts SEO plug in...I have been using ATA SEO...

What would happen if I switched now?...Would I have to rewrite all post titles?..would it mess up permalinks?....is it a PIA to get working?..

or should I not even worry about it at this point..thanks
