[SOLVED] Site not displaying correctly in IE

I keep getting this error when viewing my site using IE:

Char: 2
Error: Object doesn't support this property or method
Code: 0

I've just upgraded to Atahualpa 3.4.1
I'm using Wordpress 2.8.2

I've tried disabling my pluigns, but still no luck, reading on the internet suggests a conflict of variable names, but I have no idea where to look to find out, if anyone can help please let me know!

try disabling the wp-e-commerce plugin

Doh! I see its the ecommerce plug-in... i'll head over there and see if there is any help.
