want to change the background image for the body
 

I have read the sticky's, and have searched the forums, but I guess I'm just not getting this.

you need to FTP the image to the folder yourdomain.com/wp/wp-content/themes/atahualpa345/images
check your instant messenger

You have to upload an image to the images folder as mentioned and then change backgr.gif at the end of that line you pasted into the box below it, which is the right place, to the name of the file you just uploaded. You then need to delete the background: #ffffff; if it is still there.

This theme does require some familiarity with CSS but you can get most of that info from w3schools.com

Okay. That worked.

You either have to delete it or put the image code after it so that the image takes precedence.

Hooday, you may want to use the full path for the url - ie url(http://www.jrneumiller.com/rowancoun...eyCombPale.gif) since it's not showing up when I view the page
