atahualpa (copy theme)

Is there a way that I can copy one of my sites atahualpa themes so I can display that theme (with it's functions and customizations) on my other website?

SO basically... I want to copy the layout of one of my atahualpa themes so I can use it on another site without having to configure the themes settings from scratch again.

For the settings see ato->export/import
you may have to mave any images you have too.
