fatal error...

I receive this message:
/wp-content/themes/atahualpa364/functions/bfa_theme_options.php on line 7
not only when I try to get the home but also to the admin...
Then I can not access the options panel to update the theme or the version of WP. (As I read in other responses)
What can I do.
If I can access the ftp without problems
