Link not a link in Cat or Tag Mode

I've posted a blog with a link to a doc here http://digitalvillage.org.uk/docs/

When I click on Categories or Tags relating to the post the text link is no longer a link. Why is this and how can I correct this.

Looks like you got it working by setting those multi post pages to "Full Posts" at A. Theme Options -> Posts or Excerpts

It's normal behavior for WP to strip all tags from excerpts. There are plugins to change that so you can have excerpts that keep their HTML tags and formatting.
