[SOLVED] How to get rid of area above title and just below the header on pages?

Ok I know this issue has been going on several threads, but it is a little confusing. Could someone please explain clearly how I can remove all that unnecessary space between the end of the header and the beginning of the title on Pages?

Please see attached image

I am using Atahualpa 3.5.3 and WP 3.0.1

Also in ATO>Style & Edit Center Column> I have set Padding and margin to 0px. Do i add this as well to CONTENT ABOVE LOOP?? What needs to be done here?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Without having your URL, I guessing that space is for the next/previous navigation. Nothing will show up until you have multiple posts.

You can specify weather you want the next/previous navigation at the top, middle or bottom in the theme options

JuggleDad - this is just a static page.
I would like to remove the space for posts as well.

go to ATO->Style POSTS & PAGES->POST Container and remove the padding-top:20px you have there
