How to change color of <H2>?

Ok this has to be a dumb question, it's all very easy to see and change for most things but I have looked in every menu ten times and I don't see where to change the basic styles, in particular, H2?

You can do this with at ATO->Add HTML/CSS Inserts->CSS Insert with a

HTML Code:

h2 {color: #00ffff; }

just use what ever color you want
