[SOLVED] title images in widgets are incorrectly linking
 

I'm not sure if this is a problem with wordpress or this theme but now my title images in my sidebars are linking to whatever address is linked in the widget above. How can I fix this?

for example- the "subscribe" title should not be a link at all- i just have code for img source. But it links to my "Email me" contact page because that's in the widget above.
Help!

Both images have a link opened in front of them which is not closed after them
