[SOLVED] Header images won't rotate w/ fade

I'm running WP 3.05 and Atahualpa 3.6.4. Header images will no longer rotate w/ fade activated.

Mine works fine. Maybe a plugin conflict.

Upgraded to WP 3.1, and now it works. Strange.
