[SOLVED] upgrade to AT 3.7.10 AND wp 3.5.1

I upgraded to wp 3.5.1 then to ATA 3.7.10 and I have the following error message in my Admin themes page.

"Broken Themes

The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template."

ATA preview is not shown in the Admin Themes page and when I try to upgrade I am told "you have the up to date version"

Any advice would be welcome.

If all else fails "Think".
I suddenly thought why not try to update ATA via the cpanel and it worked.
I selected overwrite all files BUT that didn't work so I renamed the original ATA as xxxatauhalpa.
