updated to 3.4.9 Atahualpa twice. No apparent change from 2.8.4
 

I converted two Atahualpa blogs to 3.4.9 from 2.8.4. One of them seem to have been unchanged by the process even though its admin screen claims to be 3.4.9. My header pictures disappeared and went back to the default header pictures in my otherwise unchanged blog. (I since re-installed the header images.) The new layout with the gray background has not appeared on one blog. Both blogs have identical content, simply 20 posts with photographs. Wordpress 3.0. Why no change on one blog? Am I at risk of the change appearing one day by surprise?

I have made this update with no change on another blog http://hm01.b41v.com/h1/i - where the content matters and I am worried that it will one day suddenly change and need re-customization.
