Can't seem to get padding applied to page menu item
 

I followed an earlier post in order to be able to add some padding to each item in my page menu bar (%pages). The only thing I have not worked out is being able to add the padding to an item when it has a subpage drop down. Looks as though there is padding to the left of the link but not to the right.
