Styling Bullet Points

Perhaps I'm missing the obvious, but I can't find where to go to style bullet point in this theme.

there is a thread 'HOWTO: use CSS list style types (or widgets, bars, bullets and squares oh my)' in the Gold Forum tutorial section that may help you ( you do have to have donated $20 or more to get access to that sectiuonj of the forums)
