[SOLVED] How can I change the header link?

When I click on the header image, it takes me to the page that I would like to be my homepage (http://cifect.org/). But when I get to the page, it says: "Not Found. Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn't here."

In the 'Pages' section, I can't find this particular page so that I can edit it. Can you help me find where it is or how to create a new one?

What do you have set for the home page in WordPress Reading Settings?

Got it! I changed 'Front page displays as a static page' and that worked! Thank you.
