Hi!
I'd like to add in the bottom right side of the menubar or header 2 flags of qtranslate plugin (it&en)....
How can I do?

You can put HTML and PHP into Style & edit HEADER AREA -> Configure Header Area

You could copy the browser rendered code of your site, copy the HTML code for the header section, paste it into Configure Header Area and place your flags somewhere there

To put it on the right side of a menu bar you'd have to edit functions/bfa_header_config.php
